Why cant i download mods steam workshop eaw

Every other workshop game working fine. Google does nothing about mods not downloading just about mods not loading on game launch.

EDIT : I had the same problem - but I went to the workshop folder in steamapps and saw that even though I had no notificaiton in steam that the mods were downloading, they were in fact in the workshop folder.
